Perhaps of interest to BCIT members who are interested in Second Life, gaming, or virtual worlds in general, RezEd describes itself as
"an online hub providing practitioners using virtual worlds with access to the highest quality resources and research in the field to establish a strong network of those using virtual worlds for learning"
It certainly appears like a very active community, and some of the events and podcasts seem to address both the newbie audience and the more seasoned Second Lifer.
