Design Principles for Learning Environments

From Virigina Tech, a useful set of principles to guide the design of higher education learning environments. My only criticism is that, despite the talk of interaction, collaboration and accomodation of different pedgagogies, they seem to be grounded in a fairly presentational view of teaching. Most of the technologies mentioned are presentational in nature and the specific guidelines, specifications and requirements are all related to presentations technologies.
